이용약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 SSUESSUE KNITS(쓔쓔닛츠, 이하 '서비스')를 운영하는 운영자와 서비스를 이용하는 이용자 사이의 권리, 의무 및 책임 사항, 기타 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

  1. '서비스'란 운영자가 제공하는 AI 뜨개질 도안 생성기, 도안 보관, 커뮤니티, 매거진, 게이지 계산기, 배색 도우미 등 일체의 기능과 관련 서비스를 말합니다.
  2. '이용자'란 이 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.
  3. '회원'이란 서비스에 개인 정보를 제공하여 회원 가입을 완료한 자로서, 서비스의 전체 기능을 지속적으로 이용할 수 있는 자를 말합니다.
  4. '콘텐츠'란 회원이 서비스에 게시, 저장, 공유하는 도안 이미지, 게시물, 댓글, 사진 등 모든 데이터를 말합니다.
  5. '닉네임'이란 회원이 서비스 내에서 사용하기 위해 설정한 고유한 이름을 말합니다.

제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)

  1. 이 약관은 서비스를 이용하려는 모든 이용자에게 적용됩니다.
  2. 운영자는 필요한 경우 관련 법령에 위반되지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경된 약관은 공지사항 페이지를 통해 공지되며, 공지 후 7일 이내에 이의를 제기하지 않으면 변경에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.
  3. 이용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 서비스 이용을 중단하고 탈퇴하실 수 있습니다.

제4조 (회원 가입)

  1. 이용자는 이메일 주소와 비밀번호를 입력하거나 Google 계정 또는 네이버 계정을 통해 회원 가입을 신청할 수 있습니다.
  2. 이메일로 가입하는 경우, 발송된 인증 메일의 링크를 클릭하여 이메일 인증을 완료해야 커뮤니티 기능 등 서비스 전체를 이용할 수 있습니다.
  3. 가입 시 닉네임을 설정해야 하며, 닉네임은 서비스 내에서 공개됩니다. 타인을 사칭하거나 욕설·혐오 표현을 포함하는 닉네임은 사용할 수 없습니다.
  4. 다음에 해당하는 경우 가입이 거부되거나 사후에 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다: ① 타인의 정보를 도용한 경우, ② 허위 정보를 입력한 경우, ③ 만 14세 미만인 경우, ④ 이전에 서비스 이용이 제한된 경우.

제5조 (개인정보 보호)

운영자는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 여기며, 개인정보 보호법 및 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 개인정보의 수집 항목, 이용 목적, 보관 기간, 제3자 제공 여부 등 세부 사항은 개인정보처리방침에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.

제6조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)

  1. 서비스는 연중무휴 24시간 제공을 원칙으로 하나, 시스템 점검, 기술적 문제, 천재지변 등의 사유로 일시적으로 중단될 수 있습니다. 운영자는 이를 사전에 공지하도록 노력합니다.
  2. 운영자는 서비스의 기능을 추가하거나 변경할 수 있으며, 이 경우 공지사항을 통해 안내합니다.
  3. 무료로 제공되는 서비스의 내용은 운영자의 사정에 따라 변경되거나 종료될 수 있습니다.

제7조 (콘텐츠 및 저작권)

  1. 회원이 서비스에 직접 게시한 콘텐츠(사진, 텍스트, 댓글 등)의 저작권은 해당 회원에게 귀속됩니다.
  2. 회원은 자신이 게시하는 콘텐츠에 대한 모든 권리와 책임을 지며, 타인의 저작권·초상권 등 권리를 침해하지 않아야 합니다.
  3. 회원이 공개 설정으로 게시한 콘텐츠는 서비스 운영(검색 노출, 추천, 미리보기 표시 등) 목적에 한하여 운영자가 이용할 수 있으며, 이 경우 별도 대가는 지급되지 않습니다.
  4. 서비스의 AI 도안 생성 기능으로 생성된 결과물의 저작권 귀속에 대해서는 현행 법령 및 판례에 따르며, 운영자는 이에 대한 별도의 보증을 하지 않습니다.
  5. 본 서비스의 마이페이지 저장 기능은 개인적 용도로만 사용해야 하며, 타인의 저작권을 침해하는 결과물을 업로드하여 발생하는 모든 법적 책임은 사용자 본인에게 있습니다.
  6. 본 서비스에서 생성된 도안은 커뮤니티 또는 외부 플랫폼에 도안 파일 형태로 공유하거나 배포할 수 없습니다. 본인이 직접 촬영한 완성 작품 사진 등 도안 파일이 아닌 콘텐츠의 커뮤니티 게시는 허용됩니다.
  7. 이용자가 프로젝트에 업로드한 도안 파일(PDF 등)의 저작권은 해당 저작권자에게 있으며, 이용자는 개인 사용 목적으로만 업로드할 수 있습니다. 해당 파일의 타인과의 공유 및 재배포는 금지됩니다.

제7조의2 (마이페이지 저장 기능의 이용)

  1. 목적: 마이페이지 저장 기능은 사용자의 개인적 용도로만 사용해야 하며, 개인 클라우드 서비스와 동일하게 개인 보관 목적으로 제공됩니다.
  2. 금지 행위:
    • 타인의 저작권을 침해하는 도안을 마이페이지에 저장하는 행위
    • 마이페이지에 저장한 도안을 제3자에게 배포하거나 판매하는 행위
    • 타인에게 저작권이 있는 이미지를 도안으로 변환하여 저장하는 행위
  3. 법적 책임: 사용자가 마이페이지에 저장한 도안으로 인해 발생하는 모든 법적 책임(저작권 침해, 초상권 침해 등)은 사용자 본인에게 있습니다. 당사는 개인 저장 공간만 제공하며, 저장된 콘텐츠의 합법성에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
  4. 서비스 이용 제한: 저작권 침해 도안이 적발될 경우, 해당 도안 삭제 및 계정 제한 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.

제8조 (금지 행위)

  1. 타인의 계정을 도용하거나 타인의 개인정보를 수집·이용하는 행위
  2. 음란물, 폭력적 콘텐츠, 혐오 표현 등 불법·유해 콘텐츠를 게시하는 행위
  3. 타인을 비방, 모욕, 위협, 괴롭히는 행위
  4. 타인의 저작권, 상표권, 초상권 등 지식재산권을 침해하는 행위
  5. 무단 광고, 스팸, 반복 도배 게시물을 올리는 행위
  6. 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위(해킹, 크롤링, DDoS 공격 등)
  7. 관련 법령을 위반하는 일체의 행위

부칙

이 약관은 2026년 3월 30일부터 시행합니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service aim to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the operator of SSUESSUE KNITS ("Service") and the users of the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. "Service" refers to all functions and related services provided by the operator, such as the AI knitting pattern generator, pattern storage, community, magazine, gauge calculator, and color palette assistant.
  2. "User" refers to a person who agrees to these terms and uses the service.
  3. "Member" refers to a person who has provided personal information to the service and completed membership registration, and who can continuously use all the functions of the service.
  4. "Content" refers to all data, such as pattern images, posts, comments, and photos, that a member posts, stores, or shares on the service.
  5. "Nickname" refers to a unique name set by a member for use within the service.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)

  1. These terms apply to all users who wish to use the service.
  2. The operator may change the terms within a range that does not violate relevant laws if necessary. Changed terms will be announced through the Notice page, and if no objection is raised within 7 days of the announcement, it will be considered that the changes have been agreed upon.
  3. If a user does not agree to the changed terms, they may stop using the service and withdraw.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

  1. Users can apply for membership by entering an email address and password or through a Google or Naver account.
  2. When signing up by email, you must complete email verification by clicking the link in the verification email sent to you to use the entire service, including community functions.
  3. A nickname must be set during registration, and the nickname will be public within the service. Nicknames that impersonate others or contain profanity or hate speech cannot be used.
  4. In the following cases, registration may be refused or use may be restricted later: ① If another person's information is stolen, ② If false information is entered, ③ If the user is under 14 years old, ④ If service use has been restricted previously.

Article 5 (Privacy Protection)

The operator values users' personal information and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws. Detailed matters such as collection items, purpose of use, storage period, and whether it is provided to third parties can be found in the Privacy Policy.

Article 6 (Provision and Change of Service)

  1. In principle, the service is provided 24 hours a day, year-round, but it may be temporarily suspended due to reasons such as system checks, technical problems, or natural disasters. The operator will try to announce this in advance.
  2. The operator may add or change service functions, in which case guidance will be provided through notices.
  3. The content of the service provided free of charge may be changed or terminated depending on the operator's circumstances.

Article 7 (Content and Copyright)

  1. The copyright for content directly posted by a member on the service (photos, text, comments, etc.) belongs to the member.
  2. Members bear all rights and responsibilities for the content they post and must not infringe on the rights of others, such as copyrights or portrait rights.
  3. Content posted by a member with public settings may be used by the operator only for service operation purposes (search exposure, recommendations, preview display, etc.), and in this case, no separate compensation is paid.
  4. The attribution of copyright for results generated by the service's AI pattern generation function follows current laws and precedents, and the operator does not provide a separate guarantee for this.
  5. The My Page storage function of this service should be used for personal purposes only, and all legal responsibility arising from uploading results that infringe on the copyright of others lies with the user.
  6. Patterns generated in this service cannot be shared or distributed in the form of pattern files in communities or on external platforms. Posting content that is not a pattern file, such as photos of finished works taken by the user, is permitted.
  7. Copyright for pattern files (PDF, etc.) uploaded by users to projects belongs to the respective copyright holder, and users may only upload them for personal use. Sharing or redistributing such files with others is prohibited.

Article 7-2 (Use of My Page Storage Function)

  1. Purpose: The My Page storage function should be used for the user's personal purposes only and is provided for personal storage purposes, same as a personal cloud service.
  2. Prohibited Acts:
    • Storing patterns that infringe on the copyright of others on My Page
    • Distributing or selling patterns stored on My Page to third parties
    • Converting images copyrighted by others into patterns and storing them
  3. Legal Responsibility: All legal responsibility (copyright infringement, portrait right infringement, etc.) arising from patterns stored by users on My Page lies with the user. We only provide personal storage space and are not responsible for the legality of stored content.
  4. Service Use Restriction: If copyright-infringing patterns are discovered, measures such as deleting the patterns and restricting the account may be taken.

Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)

  1. Stealing others' accounts or collecting and using others' personal information
  2. Posting illegal or harmful content such as obscenity, violent content, or hate speech
  3. Defaming, insulting, threatening, or harassing others
  4. Infringing on intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademarks, or portrait rights of others
  5. Posting unauthorized advertisements, spam, or repeated posts
  6. Interfering with the normal operation of the service (hacking, crawling, DDoS attacks, etc.)
  7. All acts that violate relevant laws and regulations

Addendum

These terms and conditions will take effect from March 30, 2026.

第1条（目的）

この規約は、SSUESSUE KNITS（쓔쓔닛츠、以下「サービス」）を運営する運営者と、サービスを利用する利用者の間の権利、義務、責任事項、その他必要な事項を規定することを目的とします。

第2条（定義）

  1. 「サービス」とは、運営者が提供するAI編み図ジェ네レーター、編み図保存、コミュニティ、マガジン、ゲージ計算機、配色アシスタント等の一切の機能および関連サービスをいいます。
  2. 「利用者」とは、この規約に同意してサービスを利用する者をいいます。
  3. 「会員」とは、サービスに個人情報を提供して会員登録を完了した者であり、サービスの全機能を継続的に利用できる者をいいます。
  4. 「コンテンツ」とは、会員がサービスに投稿、保存、共有する編み図画像、投稿、コメント、写真などのすべてのデータをいいます。
  5. 「ニックネーム」とは、会員がサービス内で使用するために設定した固有の名前をいいます。

第3条（規約の効力および変更）

  1. この規約は、サービスを利用しようとするすべての利用者に適用されます。
  2. 運営者は、必要がある場合、関連法令に違反しない範囲で規約を変更することができます。変更された規約は告知事項ページを通じて告知され、告知後7日以内に異議を申し立てない場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。
  3. 利用者が変更された規約に同意しない場合、サービスの利用を中断し、退会することができます。

第4条（会員登録）

  1. 利用者は、メールアドレスとパスワードを入力するか、GoogleアカウントまたはNAVERアカウントを通じて会員登録を申請することができます。
  2. メールで登録する場合、送信された認証メールのリンクをクリックしてメール認証を完了すると、コミュニティ機能などのサービス全体を利用できるようになります。
  3. 登録時にニックネームを設定する必要があり、ニックネームはサービス内で公開されます。他人を装ったり、悪口・嫌悪表現を含むニックネームは使用できません。
  4. 次の場合、登録が拒否されたり、事後に利用が制限されることがあります：①他人の情報を盗用した場合、②虚偽の情報を入力した場合、③満14歳未満の場合、④以前にサービスの利用が制限された場合。

第5条（個人情報の保護）

運営者は利用者の個人情報を重要視し、個人情報保護法および関連法令を遵守します。個人情報の収集項目、利用目的、保管期間、第三者提供の有無などの詳細は、個人情報処理方針でご確認いただけます。

第6条（サービスの提供および変更）

  1. サービスは年中無休、24時間提供を原則としますが、システム点検、技術的問題、天変地異などの理由により一時的に中断されることがあります。運営者は、これを事前に告知するよう努めます。
  2. 運営者は、サービスの機能を追加または変更することができ、この場合、告知事項を通じて案内します。
  3. 無料で提供されるサービスの内容は、運営者の事情により変更または終了されることがあります。

第7条（コンテンツおよび著作権）

  1. 会員がサービスに直接投稿したコンテンツ（写真、テキスト、コメントなど）の著作権は、当該会員に帰属します。
  2. 会員は、自身が投稿するコンテンツに関するすべての権利と責任を負い、他人の著作権・肖像権などの権利を侵害してはなりません。
  3. 会員が公開設定で投稿したコンテンツは、サービス運営（検索露出、おすすめ、プレビュー表示など）の目的に限り運営者が利用することができ、この場合、別途の対価は支払われません。
  4. サービスのAI編み図生成機能で生成された結果物の著作権帰属については、現行の法令および判例に従い、運営者はこれについて別途の保証を行いません。
  5. 本サービスのマイページ保存機能は個人的な用途にのみ使用し、他人の著作権を侵害する結果物をアップロードすることによって発生するすべての法的責任は利用者本人にあります。
  6. 本サービスで生成された編み図は、コミュニティまたは外部プラットフォームに編み図ファイルの形式で共有または配布することはできません。本人が直接撮影した完成作品の写真など、編み図ファイルではないコンテンツのコミュニティ投稿は許可されます。
  7. 利用者がプロジェクトにアップ로드した編み図ファイル（PDFなど）の著作権は当該著作権者にあり、利用者は個人使用目的でのみアップロードできます。当該ファイルの他人との共有および再配布は禁止されています。

第7条의 2 (マイページ保存機能の利用)

  1. 目的: マイページ保存機能は利用者の個人的な用途にのみ使用し、個人用クラウドサービスと同様に個人保管目的で提供されます。
  2. 禁止行為:
    • 他人の著作権を侵害する編み図をマイページに保存する行為
    • マイページに保存した編み図を第三者に配布または販売する行為
    • 他人に著作権がある画像を編み図に変換して保存する行為
  3. 法的責任: 利用者がマイページに保存した編み図によって発生するすべての法的責任（著作権侵害、肖像権侵害など）は利用者本人にあります。当社は個人保存スペースのみを提供し、保存されたコンテンツの合法性について責任を負いません。
  4. サービス利用制限: 著作権侵害の編み図が発覚した場合、当該編み図の削除およびアカウント制限措置を取ることができます。

第8条（禁止行為）

  1. 他人のアカウントを盗用したり、他人の個人情報を収集・利用する行為
  2. わいせつ物、暴力的なコンテンツ、嫌悪表現などの不法・有害なコンテンツを投稿する行為
  3. 他人を誹謗、侮辱、脅迫、いじめる行為
  4. 他人の著作権、商標権、肖像権などの知的財産権を侵害する行為
  5. 無断広告、スパム、執拗な連続投稿を行う行為
  6. サービスの正常な運営を妨害する行為（ハッキング、クローリング、DDoS攻撃など）
  7. 関連法令に違反する一切の行為

附則

この規約は、2026年3月30日から施行します。
